My life has been a journey of self-exploration. I have always wanted to know the why of things; I felt uncomfortable accepting life at face value. Curiosity, and a desire to understand the world around me, has been my motivation.

When working with clients, I am driven by this persistent curiosity. We all share common life events that cause difficulties, depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship challenges but we each are unique in the expression of these difficulties. Together we will be curious about your life and the ways you have expressed your life's successes and challenges.

I offer 30 years of psychotherapy experience including training in Bioenergetic Analysis, Expressive Arts Therapy, Imago Couples Therapy, EMDR and Addictions. I am the executive director and a member of the board of directors of SDIBA. I am faculty for the Certification training and the One-Year Program for SDIBA and was faculty chair for 5 years. I have offered workshops nationally and internationally and am now a candidate for International Faculty. I also teach clinical counseling classes at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and have taught classes in the Addictions program at National University.
