I have worked extensively in the field of mental health and crisis management. I am currently the Assistant Director at a short term inpatient psychiatric facility, and have worked with individuals suffering from a large range of chronic mental illness, in individual, family couple and group settings. Much of my treatment focuses on Dual Diagnosis, and relapse prevention with a dynamically cognitive approach. “I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, for specifically working with personality disorders.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in San Diego. I have a Master of Arts in counseling psychology from National University, San Diego campus, where I also received my Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science with a Minor in Addictive Disorders. I am additionally developing a specialty in a relational, somatic form of psychotherapy called Bioenergetics.
