Relief for Anxiety and Depression

As someone who experienced a debilitating Anxiety Disorder in my thirties, I understand the shame and isolation that many anxiety sufferers feel. This awareness informs my work, and allows me to create a safe, accepting therapeutic connection with you.

The approach I use is Eclectic – integrating more traditional Psychodynamic and Cognitive approaches, with experiential modalities such as Somatic- Relational (Bioenergetics), Mindfulness-Based, Art, and Play Therapy. Exploring playful self-expression can help you begin to experience a more authentic sense of self, facilitate emotional self-regulation, and discover more flexible, creative solutions to your problems.

My training in Bioenergetic Analysis can help me assist you in accessing a more grounded, joyful, embodied life, experience more satisfying relationships, and a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
